The next RSD autumn school will be focused for its 16th edition on “Reproducibility and
Experimental Research in Networks and Systems”.
Registration is open: https://rsd-ecole.cnrs.fr/registration/ The number of places is limited: first registered, first served.
You still have time before beginning of Oct. to be ready for the covid ”health” pass (pass sanitaire), in order to comply with possible additional restrictions. Hopefully, your pass will be reusable for the rest of the scientific year (conferences, etc.)
The preliminary program is already published online https://rsd-ecole.cnrs.fr/prog/
We hope to see you all in October @Strasbourg for fruitful discussions!
Research Autumn School 2021 / GDR RSD "Reproducibility and Experimental Research in Networks and Systems " Strasbourg, France 4 - 8 October 2021 http://rsd-ecole.cnrs.fr/
The next RSD autumn school will be focused for its 16th edition on “Reproducibility and Experimental Research in Networks and Systems”. The school will take place at the European Doctoral College, University of Strasbourg, France.
You can reserve now in your agenda the week from 4th to 8th October. The school targets a broad audience, from young researchers to skilled colleagues, that are interested in experimental research in our scientific discipline.
This autumn school aims to present tools for reproducibility as well as to serve as an opportunity for scientific discussions around reproducibility to identify good practices and existing pitfalls.
Two keynotes are already scheduled:
- Olivier Bonaventure (UCL, Belgium)
- Philippe Bonnet (IKU, Danemark)
The program alternates between lectures and practical sessions, and in particular a hackathon throughout the week that will exploit the FIT IoT-Lab and Grid5000 (SILECS) testbeds. The hackathon will be the opportunity for the attendees to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the lectures.
The school is expected to be organized face-to-face. Given the sanitary situation, for this 2021 edition, we exceptionally plan to not integrate the accommodation.
However, we have negotiated specific low prices with ciarus.
